Summary

Sleep Well Now stores your data on your device. We do not require an account, we do not sell data, and we do not use advertising or tracking SDKs.

Data stored on your device

• Sleep diary entries, check-ins, questionnaire scores, streaks and settings are saved in local storage on your device only.
• Deleting the app (or using “Reset All Data” in the profile) permanently removes this data. We cannot recover it, because we never had it.

Data sent to our servers

• AI features (evening insights, thought reframing, story generation, narration audio) send the relevant text of your request — for example your check-in answers or a thought you typed — to our server, which forwards it to an AI text provider to generate a response. No name, email, or device identifier is attached.
• These requests are not used to build profiles and are not sold or shared for marketing.

Apple Health

If you grant access, the app reads sleep data from Apple Health solely to pre-fill your morning diary. Health data never leaves your device and is never sent to our servers or any third party.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple (and RevenueCat for receipt management). We do not receive your payment details.
